Once we confirm availability, your items will be booked! HOORAY! You will be required to complete the 50% non-refundable retainer. An event contract along with a credit card authorization form will be sent to you by our rental concierge. The credit card authorization form will be kept on file in case there are any damages or unreturned items. 

 

45 days out

Our rental concierge will connect with you to plan out the logistics. This will include location confirmation, delivery time, set up and tear down expectations as well as tear down and pick up times. Please provide any floor plans and contacts (planners, venue coordinator, etc) at this time. 

 

30 days out

We will confirm your order and send an invoice for final payment. 

 

week of

Our rental concierge will reach out to confirm delivery and pick up times and location.
